Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Account Advisor in the United States. This role involves building relationships with customers over the phone and in-store to drive lease renewals and collect payments, ensuring customers are satisfied with the products.

Responsibilities include maintaining customer accounts, contacting non-renewed lessees, promoting timely renewals, and supporting revenue and renewal goals. Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required, with incentive pay

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with valid driver's license and acceptable driving record in the United States.
• DOT certification in required states.
• Ability to work 8am–9pm shifts.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and up to 300 lbs. with dolly.
• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer accounts and update information in the store system.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed leases via home visits or phone.
• Sell benefits of timely lease renewals.
• Assist the Customer Account Manager in meeting daily/weekly/monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries.
• Clean and certify merchandise in the QA Center for items returned.
• Maintain weekly vehicle maintenance and route sheets.
