Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Account Advisor in the United States to coach customers, drive payment collections, and renew lease agreements. You will build relationships over the phone and in person to move customers toward ownership while representing Aaron’s brand in a positive manner.

The role emphasizes strong communication, high energy, and multitasking to meet daily revenue and renewal targets. Training and performance incentives are provided.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer accounts and update information in store system.
• Contact customers who have not renewed leases in person or by phone.
• Sell benefits of timely lease renewals.
• Assist with revenue and renewal goals daily, weekly, monthly.
• Handle merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
