Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Account Advisor to coach customers on lease renewals and payments, build relationships, and drive ownership progress. You will engage customers by phone and in person, helping them understand benefits and ensuring satisfaction with products.

The role requires strong communication, ability to handle difficult conversations, and alignment with Aaron’s performance incentives and total rewards. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer accounts in store system.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed leases, in home and by phone.
• Promote benefits of timely lease renewal payments.
• Assist to achieve daily, weekly, monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Support merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Load and secure products for in-store or in-vehicle transport.
• Operate company vehicle safely and perform vehicle maintenance checks.
• Assist Sales Team as needed and take on reasonable duties.
