Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers on lease renewals and payments, building strong relationships over the phone and in person. You will help customers understand lease benefits and move them closer to ownership while supporting store operations.

The role emphasizes high energy, excellent communication, and the ability to navigate conversations, with incentives based on performance and an hourly wage.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Two years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to work varied shifts (8am–9pm).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer accounts in store system.
• Contact customers with renewal opportunities and follow up on payments.
• Explain lease benefits and encourage timely renewals.
• Support revenue and renewal goals for daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Assist with returns, deliveries, and merchandise handling as needed.
• Uphold Aaron’s brand and protect company assets.
