Aaron’s is hiring a Customer Account Advisor to coach customers, drive payment collections, and renew lease agreements. The role focuses on building relationships over the phone and in-person to move customers toward ownership.

Candidates should have retail or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work varied hours. The position offers hourly pay with incentive-based performance and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old in the US with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• DOT requirements must be met to obtain certification in required states.
• Ability to work flexible hours from 8 am to 9 pm.
• High energy with multitasking and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage customers’ accounts, update information in store systems, and document payment appointments.
• Contact customers who have not renewed leases via in-home visits and calls.
• Promote the benefits of timely lease renewals and receipts.
• Assist in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Support merchandise returns, guest deliveries, and vehicle tasks as directed.
