Job summary

Aaron's is hiring a Customer Account Advisor to coach customers through lease renewals and payments, building strong relationships by phone and in person. Earn a hourly wage with incentive pay and opportunities for performance-based rewards.

The role includes updating customer accounts, meeting renewal goals, assisting with returns and deliveries, and supporting the sales team in a fast-paced retail environment. Candidates should be 21+ with a valid license and ready to work varying hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work a schedule varying from 8 am to 9 pm.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and up to 300 lbs. with a dolly.
• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Attain and maintain customer accounts and keep store system updated with customer information.
• Directly contact customers who have not renewed lease agreements by phone or in-home visits.
• Sell the benefits of timely lease renewal payments.
• Assist in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Clean and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center for items returned.
• Maintain weekly vehicle maintenance and route sheets daily.
• Load and secure product in the company vehicle and operate it safely.
• Assist the Sales Team as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
