Job summary

Aaron's in the United States is seeking a Customer Account Advisor who will coach customers, drive payment collections and lease renewals by understanding benefits and ensuring satisfaction. Build relationships over the phone and in person to move customers toward ownership.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work 8 am–9 pm, and includes incentive pay. Aaron's Total Rewards include PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with ability to multitask in a store environment.
• Ability to work a schedule from 8 am to 9 pm.

Responsibilities

• Attainment and upkeep of customers’ accounts including updating information in the store computer system.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed their Lease agreements, both in home visits and by phone.
• Sell customers on the benefits of timely lease payment renewals.
• Assist the Customer Account Manager in meeting daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle and ensure safe operation.
• Assist the Sales Team as needed.
• Any reasonable duties requested by management.
