Docketly offers a remote, full-time Operations Associate role on the Coverage team. You will manage a live book of court hearings, negotiating fees in real time and coordinating with attorneys via phone, text, and email to secure timely coverage.

You’ll triage the pipeline, handle last‑minute changes, onboard new attorneys, and keep clients informed while protecting margins. Strong communication, organization, and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a role with high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation.
• Excellent phone, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage many items simultaneously.
• Calm, decisive under deadline pressure; make the call and keep moving.
• Tech-friendly and quick to learn new platforms.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with CRM or scheduling tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Secure coverage on a deadline by calling, texting, and emailing attorneys.
• Negotiate fees in real time while protecting margin.
• Triage a fast-moving pipeline and prioritize hearings.
• Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and urgent coverage gaps.
• Onboard and support attorneys to ensure smooth adoption of Docketly processes.
• Keep clients informed on hearing status and updates to avoid surprises.
• Maintain clean data; log activity and update assignments.
• Suggest improvements to reduce coverage gaps during daily huddles.
