Job summary

Docketly is recruiting for an Operations Associate (Coverage team). This remote, full-time role focuses on managing a live book of court hearings, coordinating with attorneys by phone, text, and email, and securing coverage under tight deadlines.

You will negotiate fees in real time, triage a fast-moving pipeline, onboard attorneys, and keep clients updated to protect margins and ensure reliability. Remote, nationwide scope with Mountain/US hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a high-volume outreach or negotiation role (inside sales, SDR/BDR, account management, dispatch, scheduling, or high-touch customer service).
• Strong phone, verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with multiple open items.
• Calm, decisive under deadline pressure; able to make the call and move on.

Responsibilities

• Own a live book of court hearings and lock in attorney coverage by phone, text, and email.
• Negotiate fees in real time while protecting margin and reaching a yes.
• Triage a fast-moving pipeline and prioritize hearings.
• Onboard and support attorneys, guiding them through Docketly's process.
