Qualifications

• 1+ year in a role requiring high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple open items at once.
• Calm and decisive under deadline pressure; you make the call and keep moving.
• Tech‑savvy and quick to learn new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Secure coverage on a deadline by contacting attorneys via phone, text, and email.
• Negotiate fees in real time while protecting margin.
• Triage a fast-moving pipeline and prioritize hearings.
• Onboard and support attorneys; be their go-to contact.
• Keep clients updated on hearing status and outcomes.
• Log activity and keep the pipeline accurate.
• Suggest improvements at daily huddles and team meetings.
