Docketly is seeking an Operations Associate for its Coverage team. You will manage a live book of court hearings, contact attorneys by phone, text, and email to secure coverage, and negotiate fees in real time.

You’ll triage a fast-moving pipeline, onboard new attorneys, and keep clients updated while maintaining accurate records. Excellent communication and organization are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• High-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation experience is required.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Must be genuinely organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Calm and decisive under deadline pressure; ability to make quick, informed calls.
