Docketly is seeking an Operations Associate to manage a live book of court hearings from a remote setting. You’ll negotiate fees, coordinate with attorneys, and keep clients informed while protecting margins and deadlines.

Work on the Coverage team includes onboarding attorneys, maintaining data quality, and prioritizing urgent hearings. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a role requiring high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation.
• Comfortable and efficient on the phone, with strong verbal and written communication.
• Genuinely organized and able to manage many items at once.
• Calm and decisive under deadline pressure; you make the call and keep moving.
• Tech-friendly and quick to learn new platforms.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Secure coverage on a deadline by phone, text, and email to lock in attorney coverage.
• Negotiate fees in real time while protecting margin.
• Triage a fast-moving pipeline and prioritize hearings.
• Manage last-minute changes, cancellations, and urgent coverage gaps.
• Onboard and support attorneys, acting as their go-to contact.
• Keep law firms updated on hearing status and maintain data accuracy.
• Log activity and keep the pipeline clean and up-to-date.
• Suggest process improvements at daily huddles and team meetings.
