Listen Labs in San Francisco is seeking a Contract Sales Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for Account Executives. You’ll source, manage agency partners, run the process, and close. The role is remote-friendly with overlap for SF hours.

You will build and refine the AE interview loop, partner with sales leadership on comp strategy, and keep Ashby data clean with pipeline health and pass-through rates. 3+ years of recruiting experience required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically in Sales/AE hiring.
• Direct experience running and managing agency funnels, triaging and coaching agencies to a high bar.
• Comfortable in a startup or high-growth environment with minimal structure.
• Proven closer with a track record of filling AE roles and time-to-fill.
• Strong outbound sourcing skills; not relying solely on inbound or agencies.
• Analytical mindset focused on funnel conversion and headcount planning.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for AE roles — sourcing, outreach, screens, offer, close.
• Source candidates directly and manage a funnel of external agency partners in parallel.
• Vet, onboard, and manage agency relationships: scorecards, feedback turnaround, fee negotiation, cutting underperformers.
• Build and refine the AE interview loop, scorecards, and candidate collateral.
• Partner with sales leadership on comp strategy and close negotiations.
• Keep Ashby data clean — pipeline health, pass-through rates, source mix (direct vs. agency).
