Build and refine the AE interview loop, scorecards, and candidate collateral, collaborating with sales leadership on compensation strategy. You should bring proven sales recruiting experience and strong funnel analytics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting focused on Sales/AE hiring.
• Experience running and managing agency funnels with coaching and SLAs.
• Strong outbound sourcing and data-driven funnel mindset.
• Comfortable in a startup or high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Account Executives, including sourcing, screening, offers, and closing.
• Source candidates directly and manage external recruitment agencies.
• Vet, onboard, and score agency relationships with feedback and fee negotiation.
• Build AE interview loop, scorecards, and candidate collateral.
• Collaborate with sales leadership on comp and close negotiations.
