Job summary

Airbyte is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join on a 6-month contract, working remotely from the United States with a focus on the San Francisco Bay Area. You will own full-cycle recruiting across GTM and technical roles, partnering with hiring managers to define profiles, source strategically, screen candidates, coordinate interviews and move searches forward with urgency.

Qualifications

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical and non-technical roles.
Proven ability to source and engage candidates across seniority levels.
Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Ashby and managing candidate flow.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM and technical roles.
Define profile and sourcing strategies with hiring managers.
Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and move searches forward with urgency.
Maintain accurate pipeline data and reporting in Ashby.
Partner with hiring managers and leadership, offering market insights and recommendations.
Support offer development and negotiation to close top talent.
Contribute to recruiting process improvements.
