Apptegy is hiring a Recruiter for a contract-to-hire role in a fully remote setup. You will own end-to-end recruiting for diverse roles, partnering with leaders across Go-To-Market, Product, and Engineering to build strong pipelines and deliver a smooth candidate experience.

You’ll shape processes, leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, and explore AI-driven sourcing to scale hiring. The role emphasizes collaboration across time zones and global partnerships, with compensation during the contract period

Qualifications

• 1–3 years recruiting experience; full cycle, or sourcer ready to grow.
• Experience recruiting in SaaS/tech environment.
• Experience supporting go to market roles, especially Sales and Client Success.
• Comfort working remotely and across time zones; independent work.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting processes from intake through offer for assigned roles, with support and coaching as you grow your full cycle recruiting skills.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, build effective interview plans, calibrate on talent, and keep searches moving.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant channels.
• Build talent pipelines for go to market roles such as Sales and Client Success, along with corporate functions.
• Support Product and Engineering searches as needed.
• Build early career talent pipelines through campus partnerships and outreach for internship and recent graduate roles.
• Conduct thoughtful candidate screens that assess skills, motivation, communication, and alignment with the role.
• Deliver a consistent, clear, and responsive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate closely with interview teams to support structured, fair, and timely decision making.
• Use recruiting data and search activity to identify what is working, where we have gaps, and how we can improve.
• Help design and document recruiting processes that make it easier for the team to do high quality work at scale.
• Explore and apply AI tools and workflows that improve sourcing, research, communication, scheduling, process consistency, and recruiting insights.
• Contribute to employer branding, talent mapping, campus or early career initiatives, and other team priorities as needed.
