Job summary

OpenGov is seeking a Senior Recruiter for a short-term contract (2–3 months) to drive pipeline for Sales and Professional Services. You will own the full cycle from intake to offer, partnering directly with hiring managers and maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.

We seek a seasoned recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments, with autonomy and immediate contribution. This remote engagement requires US-based candidates and experience with Ashby is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
• Experience recruiting for Sales (AE, Enterprise AE, SDR) and Professional Services (Implementation, Project Management, Solutions).
• Ability to manage a high volume of open requisitions without sacrificing quality.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across an assigned book of Sales and Professional Services requisitions, from intake through offer acceptance.
• Build and activate both active and passive candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Conduct thorough candidate screens to assess fit against role requirements and OpenGov's hiring bar.
