Jobot is seeking an Experienced Agency Recruiter in the San Francisco area. This role focuses on new business development and full-desk recruiting using our Jax ATS to match top candidates with client openings.

Qualifications

• Staffing Agency Experience: Currently or most recently employed at a staffing agency with 2+ years of experience
• Full-Desk Recruiting Expertise: Proven ability to manage both client development and candidate recruitment
• Performance & Revenue Accountability: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding placement goals
• Relationship Nurturing: maintain strong relationships both internally and externally

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: Using your top-notch sales skills to bring in and retain clients
• Recruitment: Utilizing our tech stack including Jax ATS to find candidates
