Job summary

HireArt is seeking a Recruiter to own end-to-end recruiting outcomes for assigned roles. You will manage multiple candidate channels, drive hiring funnel health, and align with Account Managers, Staffing Partners, and hiring managers to hit goals.

Expect toSource, screen, and engage qualified candidates, analyze interview feedback, and optimize sourcing strategies. This remote, US-based role offers a 6‑month contract-to-hire, full-time W2 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within staffing, agency, search, or high-volume hiring environments.
• Proven experience owning recruiting outcomes across the full hiring lifecycle, including sourcing strategy, funnel management, stakeholder communication, and offer closing.
• Strong outbound sourcing skills and experience recruiting for difficult, high-volume, or fast-moving roles.
• Strong understanding of recruiting funnel metrics and ability to use data to diagnose issues and drive hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle recruiting outcomes for assigned roles, including sourcing and screening candidates.
• Manage multiple candidate supply channels: inbound, outbound, and staffing partner pipelines.
• Monitor funnel performance and identify bottlenecks, risks, and gaps.
• Communicate hiring progress, risks, insights, and process updates to stakeholders.
• Partner with staffing vendors and internal teams to maintain candidate flow and alignment.
