Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating scheduling across multiple teams and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own scheduling logistics across teams and time zones with accurate confirmations.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to manage scheduling and flag conflicts.
• Leverage Ashby for scheduling, tracking, and analytics; automate workflows to improve efficiency.
• Track and report recruiting metrics to inform the team and optimize processes.
• Drive recruiting enablement, maintain documentation, assist trainings, and respond to ad hoc requests.
• Build partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers to prevent blockers and drive initiatives.
