Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations of the Collision Center and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will coach and empower staff to meet KPIs, insurance metrics, and quality standards, while upholding professional conduct and safety across the team.

The role requires proven leadership in a collision repair environment, with a focus on operational excellence, budgeting, and staff development to drive customer satisfaction and business

Mansioni

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan is consistently executed.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Deliver formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor and maintain all A/P and A/R for the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times.
• Monitor maintenance of shop equipment, including the paint booth.
• Provide training for all staff as necessary.
• Ensure staff wear proper safety gear and adhere to dress code.
• Open and close the facility daily per procedures.
• Lead daily production meetings/walks to confirm throughput and delivery dates.
• Manage all estimates to ensure labor mix is within standards; manage store capacity.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Facilitate monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings; attend managers meetings.
• Participate in trainings and workshops recommended by Senior Leadership.
