Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking a General Manager to lead the collision center operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach staff, drive KPIs, and ensure alignment with company policies to maintain high standards of professionalism and service.

The role requires proven leadership in collision repair, budget management, and a passion for operational excellence with a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is consistently executed.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budgets.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Deliver annual and monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable for the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean, organized repair facility at all times.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Attend management meetings and safety sessions.
