Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the collision center's daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach the team, manage budgets, and align activities to achieve KPI targets and insurance metrics.

The role demands proven leadership in a collision repair environment, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to drive performance and safety. Join a team focused on quality and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to consistently demonstrate a successful client experience
• Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to motivate others utilizing effective coaching tools and management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure WOW plan is executed consistently.
• Forecast and manage monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Prepare annual and monthly operating budgets.
• Lead and manage repair facility personnel and daily operations.
• Conduct performance reviews and staff meetings.
• Monitor A/P and A/R for the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant repair facility.
