Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the collision center’s day-to-day operations and drive an exceptional customer experience. You will coach and empower the team, align activities with policy and procedure, and ensure completion of KPIs and insurance metrics.

The role requires proven leadership in a collision repair environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage budgets and staff, while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Attention to detail with a focus on customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan is executed consistently.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budgets.
• Forecast and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Deliver formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable for the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times.
• Ensure safety gear is worn and dress code followed.
• Open and close the facility daily per procedures.
• Lead repair facility personnel and conduct staff meetings.
• Promote health and safety initiatives and participate in management meetings.
