Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the collision center's daily operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will drive KPI and insurance metrics while coaching staff and maintaining a safe, efficient repair facility.

Responsibilities include budgeting, sales forecasting, performance reviews, and coordinating team activities to ensure top quality service and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan with consistent performance.
• Prepare and manage annual/monthly operating budgets for the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Deliver formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Maintain A/P and A/R for the Collision Center.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
