Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks a General Manager to lead daily collision center operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will coach staff, manage budgets, monitor KPI metrics, and ensure safety and quality across service delivery.

You will drive performance by enforcing WOW standards, optimizing labor mix, and coordinating monthly reviews and staff meetings to sustain operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Focus on accuracy in service delivery and customer interaction.
• Proven ability to coach and motivate staff to meet KPIs and quality standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication for team leadership and customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the collision center to meet KPI targets and insurance metrics.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and forecast labor, materials, and expenses.
• Coach and empower team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Monitor A/P and A/R related to the Collision Center and ensure compliance with policies.
• Oversee safety protocols, training, and staff development across the shop.
