Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the Collision Center, drive an exceptional customer experience, and ensure daily operations meet established policies and KPI targets. You will coach team members, manage budgets, and uphold high standards of professionalism in serving customers.

You will promote safety, oversee staff development, and align with senior leadership to deliver top-tier results and a wow customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Ensure WOW plan is executed consistently.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budget.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Deliver formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor and maintain A/P and A/R for the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Facilitate monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings; attend managers meetings.
• Attend training and information sessions recommended by Senior Leadership.
