H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to warmly greet clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax professional. You’ll help schedule appointments and assist clients in person, over the phone, or virtually.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, strong organizational and time-management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
