H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to warmly greet clients, answer calls, and match clients with the right tax professionals. You will schedule appointments and help ensure every client’s needs are met in person, by phone, or virtually.

This role emphasizes multitasking, organization, and a friendly, professional demeanor. The position is seasonal and involves supporting the team across multiple locations as needed.

Qualificações

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
