Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Consultant to join a team of advisory professionals focused on cloud-based data-reporting operations across finance, analytics, planning and HR. You will lead or support Workday workstreams, design configurations, and advise clients on industry best practices.

The role involves coordinating on large global engagements, managing on/offshore teams, and helping clients adapt to evolving regulatory and reporting needs.

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, at Sr. Consultant level or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years of Workday Time Tracking/Absence Implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Create workplans for large global engagements including risk, budget, resources, and client relationship.
• Research and resolve Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling issues.
• Configure Workday with new requirements for Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling.
