Accenture is seeking a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Consultant to join our advisory team. You will help implement cloud-based data-reporting operations that optimize finance, analytics, planning, and HR using Workday.

You will lead or support workstreams, manage client relationships, and architect cohesive Workday solutions that align with industry standards and best practices. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting experience in Workday Time Tracking/Absence implementations.
• Workday Partner Certification required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience) or 6 years with associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Develop workplans for large, complex engagements including risk, budget, and resources.
• Research and resolve Workday Time Tracking/Absence issues and support new requirements.
