Accenture is seeking a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Consultant to join a team focused on cloud-based data reporting and Workday configurations. The role involves leading or supporting workstreams, managing workplans, and providing client-focused advisory and implementation support across global engagements.

The candidate will collaborate with advisory professionals and may travel up to 100% depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification.
• 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Senior Consultant or similar role.
• 3+ years of Workday Time Tracking/Absence Implementations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Researching and resolving day to day Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling issues.
• Create and update Workday configurations based on requirement changes.
• Provide support for regular and special Absence/Time Tracking/Scheduling processes in Workday.
• Provide support for Legal and regulatory reports in Workday.
• Manage small on/offshore functional teams.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
