Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Workday Certified Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Consultant to join our advisory team focused on cloud-based data reporting and HR/Finance transformation. You will help define strategy and lead or support key Time Tracking and Absence workstreams on Workday implementations, coordinating across onshore and offshore teams.

You will research issues, configure Workday to evolving requirements, and support year-end processes while advising clients on industry

Qualifications

Workday Partner Certification required.
Minimum 3 years of consulting experience with a Sr. Consultant level.
Minimum 3 years of Workday Time Tracking/Absence Implementations.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience).

Responsibilities

Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project.
Create workplans for large, complex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources and client relationships.
Research and resolve Day-to-Day Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling issues.
Collaborate with clients to support new requirements for Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling in Workday.
Configure Workday according to changes in requirements and maintain updates.
Provide support for regular and special Absence/Time Tracking/Scheduling processes in Workday.
Support year-end reporting and related activities in Workday.
Manage small on/offshore functional teams and stakeholder updates.
