Job summary

ABC Supply is seeking an enthusiastic Outside Sales Representative in New York to build and maintain customer relationships with contractor clients. You will use data and cold calling to generate opportunities, schedule visits, and provide solutions for service concerns.

Ideal candidates have a business-related degree, a valid driver’s license, and excellent communication. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred; strong time management and organization are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivating and managing customer relationships.
• Utilizing sales reports and data to recognize opportunities in customer buying patterns.
• Making cold calls to prospective customers and scheduling appointments.
• Following up with customers and providing solutions for service concerns.
• Providing training to customers and their teams on product lines and services.
• Assisting customers with credit applications and collections when necessary.
