Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass MVR check.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the building contractor process is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage customer relationships.
• Make cold calls to prospective customers.
• Follow sales leads and schedule appointments with prospective customers.
• Provide training to customers on product lines and services.
• Assist customers with credit applications and collect payments when necessary.
• Connect with customers to ensure past due bills are paid and resolve any service concerns.
