Job summary

ABC Supply is seeking talented outside sales professionals to build relationships and promote our building products to contractor customers in New Jersey. You will use exclusive sales tools and data insights to identify opportunities, make cold calls, and schedule meetings, while delivering world‑class service.

We look for strong communicators with drive and professional presence. The role offers base compensation plus commission, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; pass MVR check.
• Industry knowledge in building contractor processes is preferred but not required.
• Vehicle insurance must meet company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Cultivating and managing customer relationships.
• Utilizing sales reports and data to recognize sales opportunities in customer buying patterns.
• Making cold calls to prospective customers.
• Following sales leads and scheduling appointments with prospective customers.
• Following up with customers and providing solutions when service concerns arise.
• Providing training to customers and their teams on product lines and services.
• Assisting customers in the credit application process.
• Connecting with customers to ensure past due bills are paid and collect payments when necessary.
