Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth across multiple client accounts in the US. You will lead a branch team, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure service levels and client expectations are met through proactive relationship management.

You will develop and implement sales and recruitment strategies, oversee budgets and KPI performance, and work to improve client satisfaction and retention while controlling costs. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 5+ years relevant experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with proven growth.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with sales/service staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Grow and retain accounts and develop new clients; create and execute business plans.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; deliver regular business reviews.
• Lead and develop branch team; coach recruiters and support staff.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Onboard new customers with terms, risk assessments, and rate negotiations.
• Monitor KPI metrics and drive improvements to achieve targets.
