Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager to drive client growth, manage branch P&L, and lead a high-performing team. You will recruit, train, and develop staff while delivering exceptional service to candidates and clients.

You will establish plans to grow existing accounts, win new business, and maintain strong relationships with HR, Operations, and procurement stakeholders. This role emphasizes cost control, KPI achievement, and strategic leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with increased responsibilities.
• Sales experience in a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; develop plans to win new clients and reduce churn.
• Lead branch P&L, budgeting, and cost controls; monitor KPIs and SLAs.
• Recruit, train, manage, and develop branch staff; coach recruiters.
• Maintain client relationships through regular reviews and escalations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company credit/terms standards.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership.
• Onboard new customers including terms, risk reviews, and fees.
