Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by developing plans for client growth and retention.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through regular communication and business reviews.
• Coach and mentor recruiters; monitor KPIs and SLAs.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost controls; forecast revenue/expenses.
• Lead recruitment strategies and build local relationships with resources.
