Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States seeks a Branch Manager to drive growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing accounts. You will be financially accountable for branch sales plans, recruitment strategies, and P&L, while delivering excellent service to candidates and clients.

You will recruit, train, manage, and develop top talent in the branch team, ensuring outcomes that meet KPIs and SLAs. Strong leadership and relationship-building are essential for success.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record measured by increased responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by developing plans for existing and new clients and delivering on SLA targets.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost control; forecast revenue and expenses; monitor key performance metrics.
• Lead recruiting, coaching, and development of branch staff; ensure high-quality customer service to candidates and clients.
• Coordinate with client contacts and program teams; conduct regular business reviews and improve processes to reduce service costs.
