Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States to lead growth, retain strategic accounts, and deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates. The role requires strong leadership, sales, and operational oversight within a multi-brand staffing environment.

The successful candidate will drive account development, manage a branch P&L, and coach recruiters to achieve KPIs while maintaining compliance and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with proven growth.
• One year supervisory/management experience with sales or service staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication; effective at presentations.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients.
• Ensure client requirements meet SLAs and contractual terms.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular reviews.
• Manage branch P&L, budgeting and cost control.
• Develop recruitment strategies and lead branch recruitment.
• Conduct monthly business reviews with leadership.
• Lead and coach recruiters; monitor KPIs and staff performance.
• On-board new customers with terms, risk assessment, and bill rates.
