Adecco Group seeks a Branch Manager in the United States to lead client growth, drive recruitment, and manage branch P&L. You will set strategic plans, supervise staff, and deliver exceptional service to candidates and clients while ensuring compliance with contracts and SLAs.

The role emphasizes growth of existing accounts, development of new business, and leadership of a multi-functional team within a dynamic staffing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience; personnel services experience preferred.
• Supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present and persuade.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Grow and retain accounts, develop new clients, and improve the bottom line.
• Lead branch sales, recruitment strategies, and client service standards.
• Manage branch P&L and budgets; control costs and monitor KPIs.
• Coach and develop Recruiting staff; support daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, credit references, and client requirements.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews with clients and management.
• Onboard new customers, negotiate terms, and manage risk and billing decisions.
• Maintain strong relationships with HR, Operations, and Procurement at client sites.
