Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients.
• Lead branch team; recruit, train, and coach staff.
• Manage branch P&L and budget; monitor costs.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Ensure SLA adherence and high client satisfaction.
