Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record measured by increased responsibilities.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, establish plans to win new clients, and improve fill rate and time to fill.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, forecasts, and cost controls, with KPI/SLAs.
• Lead recruiting, training, coaching, and development of branch staff.
• Maintain client relationships and conduct regular business reviews with key contacts.
• On-board new customers, negotiate pay/bill rates, and ensure contract compliance.
• Ensure regulatory notices, licenses, and collections processes are up to date.
