Job summary

Adecco Group, a global leader in talent solutions, is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by expanding existing accounts and winning new business. You will manage budget, P&L, and performance metrics while developing top talent in the branch.

You will collaborate with HR, Operations, and client contacts to meet SLA targets and improve service delivery. Strong leadership and strategic planning are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, establish plans to grow client base and win back lost/lapsed accounts.
• Manage branch P&L and cost controls; develop revenue and expense forecasts and budgets.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch team including recruiters and support staff.
• Ensure service levels and KPIs/SLAs are met; conduct regular performance reviews.
• Onboard new customers, negotiate terms, and manage credit references according to guidelines.
• Create positive work environment and maintain compliance with notices and licenses.
