Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager to grow and retain accounts, manage the branch P&L, and lead a team of recruiters and staff. You will develop client relationships, oversee budgets, and ensure service levels meet SLA targets.

You will recruit, train, mentor, and coach team members, while maintaining compliance with labor laws and driving continuous improvement in processes and performance. This role emphasizes people leadership and strategic growth across the branch.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with increased responsibilities is preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service team.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and orally at all levels.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws and guidelines.
• Strong planning, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• People management and performance coaching skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts and win new business while maintaining SLA targets.
• Lead branch P&L, budgeting, and cost control to hit KPIs and revenue goals.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop branch staff to meet service levels.
• Establish client relationships and conduct regular business reviews.
• Coordinate with HR, Operations and Procurement to fulfill client needs.
• Ensure compliance with credit, risk, and billing processes.
