Job summary

Valeris is a full-service life sciences commercialization partner focused on helping patients access and adhere to complex medications. As an Executive Care Coordinator, you will guide patients through benefits investigations, prior authorizations, and reimbursement processes, while communicating clearly with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.

You will leverage Lynk to manage case workflows and ensure timely, compliant service delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or five+ years of relevant experience in insurance reimbursement, patient access, or patient education.
• Two years of experience in healthcare access delivery or management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the patient journey from initiation to closure and manage benefits investigations.
• Track prior authorizations, denial appeals, and assist patients via email or phone.
• Educate healthcare professionals and patients on plan benefits and program eligibility.
• Coordinate with nurse educators and support staff to ensure timely access to prescribed medications.
