Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• Customer service and healthcare industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Bi-lingual skills in Spanish and English are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Owns patient cases from initiation to closure, including benefit investigations and prior authorizations.
• Assists patients or callers via email and phone using the PharmaCord Lynk system.
• Determines financial qualifications for assistance programs and guides patients through resolution.
• Manages inbound calls and provides personalized case management.
• Coordinates nurse teaching with field-based nurse educators as applicable.
• Documents all activities in the Lynk system and adheres to training deadlines.
