Valeris is seeking an Executive Care Coordinator to support patients in navigating access to complex medications. You will manage benefits investigations, prior authorizations, and appeals while ensuring accuracy and timely handling of cases.

Strong bilingual abilities in Spanish and English are essential. You will interact with patients, prescribers, and healthcare professionals, translating program requirements into patient-friendly guidance.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage benefits investigations and prior authorizations.
• Explain coverage options and next steps to patients and providers.
• Coordinate with nurses and educators for program adherence.
• Document all activities in Lynk system with accuracy.
• Generate reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
