Valeris, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to manage patient cases from start to finish, including benefit investigations, prior authorizations, and enrollment in assistance programs. You will use our Lynk system to document care, coordinate with nurses, and guide patients through coverage options.

The role emphasizes ownership, attention to detail, and patient-centered service, with remote work eligibility and a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• Bi-lingual Spanish and English a plus; healthcare exposure is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own patient cases from initiation to closure including benefit investigations and prior authorizations.
• Explain coverage options, coordinate referrals, and document all interactions in the Lynk system.
• Interact with patients, prescribers, and client stakeholders while adhering to healthcare regulations.
• Triage inquiries and coordinate nurse teaching with field-based staff when applicable.
• Support programs to ensure adherence and assist with patient financial assistance processes.
